Mana Sabroso was formed in 2021 by Javier and Alejandro in their home kitchen. With their 20+ years of experience in fine dining they learned people are busy with everyday lives they forget what good food taste like.  They also learned people with food allergies have a tough time deciding what to eat because of their special diets. Our Chefs have learned to make tasty food to satisfy food allergies and any sense of taste.  Our Chefs believe food allergies shouldn’t be a deterrent to special moments that will last a lifetime.
