Information we collect

When you contact us or use our inquiry and tasting forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, venue, menu interests, dietary requests and any notes. Tasting bookings may also include your chosen time, party size and food preferences.

If you choose text updates, we record your phone number, your consent choice, the disclosure shown, its version, the time, the source page and the request’s IP address. We also keep relevant message and opt-out records.

Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and error logs when you use the site. Please share only the details needed to plan your event; do not submit payment card details or sensitive documents through general inquiry fields.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, discuss menus, coordinate events, arrange tastings, send requested service updates and provide support. We also use necessary records to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, honor communication preferences and meet applicable obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in text messages. Text updates require the separate optional consent described in our Terms of Service.

Who helps us deliver the service

Mana Sabroso’s team and service providers process information needed to support your request. These include EventWell for inquiries and tasting scheduling, website hosting and infrastructure providers, and messaging providers such as Twilio when text messaging is enabled. A connected event-management provider may receive details needed to coordinate your tasting or event.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared for those purposes. Information submitted through these website forms under this policy is not sent to advertising platforms for audience building or conversion tracking.

Providers supporting service delivery may process information for that work. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and the security of our services.

Cookies and third-party features

After a successful inquiry, the site may set a secure, essential session cookie that connects your inquiry to tasting booking. That cookie expires after 24 hours. It is used for booking functionality, not advertising.

The venue map and externally hosted site libraries make requests to their providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. Links to venue websites and other external services lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

Your text-message choices

Service messages may relate to inquiries, quotes, tasting appointments and event updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact eventorder@manasabroso.com. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from contacting our team by phone or email.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to manage inquiries and events, provide support, preserve consent and opt-out records, and meet legal or business obligations. How long a record is needed depends on its purpose. Opting out of texts does not automatically delete your inquiry, event or consent history.

We use safeguards designed to limit access and protect information. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Requests and corrections

To ask about your information, correct contact details or request deletion, email eventorder@manasabroso.com. Please describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes. We will handle requests according to applicable requirements.
